Birmingham Outreach Foundation Projects

The Birmingham Outreach Foundation is dedicated to making a positive impact in thecommunity andwe are constantly working on new projects to help those in need. Below is alist of some of our old and current projects:

  • Project 1: Homeless & The Needy
    Our main project was providing hot food and other essential items to individuals andfamilies who were homeless or in need. Every Friday evening, we distribute hot food,drinks, and other essentials in the Aston Birmingham area.
  • Project 2: Interfaith Homeless
    We also run a project specifically for homeless individuals from different faith backgrounds in partnership with KSIMC of Birmingham B12 8SX. This project provided hot food, sleeping bags, and other essentials to those in need, with a focus on providing culturally appropriate meals.
  • Project 3: Syrian Food Relief
    This project was specifically aimed at providing food and other essentials to Syrian refugees in Birmingham. We worked with local organizations to provide meals, clothes, and other essentials to Syrian refugees in need.
  • Project 4: Central Mosque Saturday Warm Food
    We ran a project in partnership with Central Mosque where weprovidedwarm food to people in need every Saturday afternoon. This project was aimed at providing food to people who were struggling financially and could not afford to buy food for themselves.
  • Project 5: Central Mosque Soup Kitchen
    We ran a Christmas Soup Kitchen in partnership with Birmingham Central Mosque from 23rd Dec 2017 to 1st Jan 2018. Birmingham Outreach Foundation provided all the hot meals/drinks to those in need. This project was aimed at providing hot food to people who are struggling financially and could not afford to buy food for themselves.
  • Project 6: Ramadan (Homeless & Needy)
    During the last 10 days of the month of Ramadan, we run a project to provide food for people who are homeless or in need. This project provides hot meals and other essentials to those in need during this important religious month.
  • Project 7: The Old Square Corporation Street (Homeless & Needy)
    We have been running this project for several years at Birmingham City Centre, TheOld Square, Corporation Street (near Tony Hancock Sculpture), Birmingham B4 6AG, UK, where we, to date provide hot food and other essentials to people who are homeless or in need. This project is aimed at providing food to people who are struggling financially and cannot afford to buy food for themselves.
  • Project 8: Christmas Soup Kitchen-The Old Square Corporation Street (Homeless &Needy)
    During the Christmas period, we ran the Christmas Soup Kitchen at Birmingham City Centre, The Old Square, Corporation Street (near Tony Hancock Sculpture), Birmingham B4 6AG UK, where we provided hot meals and other essentials to people who are homeless or in need. This project was aimed at providing food to people who are struggling financially and cannot afford to buy food for themselves during the festive period.
  • Project 9: BOF Winter Project
    We run a project during the winter period to provide warm clothing and hot meals to people who are homeless or in need. This project is aimed at providing people with the essentials they need to survive the cold winter months

In summary, Birmingham Outreach Foundation has several old and current projects that cover different areas of needs such as providing food, clothes, and other essentials to people who are homeless, in need, or from different faith backgrounds. Some of the projects are run in partnership with local organisations to reach out to more people.
